About Chad
The founder and creator
Chad began his career in sales and quickly realized working for Fortune 500 companies was not his passion. He was fortunate to be influenced, at an early age, by some incredibly talented custom home builders and knew this was what he was meant to do.
Chad built his first home in 2002 as a family project and instantly knew this was more than just a venture but, a new found passion to make every house a home. His keen eye for detail and the ability to see what would work in a home was second to none. As a professional Custom Builder everything is built on a strong foundation, which means it’s built to last, while specializing in classic design, custom millwork, unmatched craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Chad spends much of his time with his wife Taylor, their beautiful children, horses, and many other animals, on their small ranch. Whether it's spending time in their own home or traveling, they love being with their family. Chad is an avid traveler and sports fan while Taylor loves spending time outdoors while seeing her children share in the same passion.
